• I need to open an account, how do I do it?

• How do I send my jobs?

  E-mail or FTP. For customers who plan to send more than 200 jobs a month, free FTP space is provided at Sew Smart Services.
• What quality controls have you adopted?

  All files are completed by artists/digitizers and quality controlled by the Quality Assurance team. Furthermore, these are random sampled by the Manager. For customers who plan to send more than 200 jobs a month, same team would be assigned as we do not believe in chops and changes.
• Could you send me your price list through e-mail?

  Certainly yes. To receive our updated price list, e-mail a request to sales@sewsmartservices.com.
• I am a high-volume, more than 10 jobs per day customer. Do you offer special pricing?

  Yes. Prospective customers who plan on sending more than 200 jobs a month qualify for special pricing.
• what are your turn times?

  Guaranteed next business day by noontime for U.S. and Canadian customers for jobs sent before 12 noon the previous day. For the rest of the world, 24 hours from the receipt of artwork.
• When do I get the invoice?

  You could choose daily, weekly, fortnightly, or monthly invoice options.
• What payment options do you provide for payment of invoice?

  Paypal and Wire Transfer.
• What if I am not satisfied with my order?

  Do not pay.
• How do I know that you have capabilities to do what I want?

  We have satisfied customers to whom you could speak, we have handled different situations with different customers, and we deliver what we advertise.
• What communications do you have for long-term business?

  All the latest software tools. Please let us know your requirement and we would be able to help you with any IT requirement.
• What file formats do you support?

  We support all file formats that are required for the custom design industry. Please ask us.
• Do you charge for revisions?

  Customer's changes are charged at 50% the job rate.
• What file format will you return to me?

  Format of your choice.
• How will I get my orders back?

  You will be notified via e-mail that your job had been completed and sent the way it was received. Files could be sent back to the customer through e-mail attachment, FTP, or through your server.
